If you feel your assessment is unfair, the first step is to discuss it with your municipal assessor, Mike Denor. You can contact him at 1-920-468-9698 weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
You can examine the assessment roll and talk to the assessor at the Open Book times which are scheduled for the town hall at the following times.
Monday, April 19, 2021, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Schleswig Town Hall.
If your problem cannot be resolved and you wish to appear before the Board of Review to appeal your assessment, you must contact Town Clerk Andrea Neils no later than Friday, April 23, 2021.
The 2021 Board of Review is scheduled for:
Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Schleswig Town Hall
